RETURNS & REFUNDS:

If you are unsatisfied with your items, you have thirty (30) days from your receipt date to return items to us. Items that will be accepted for refund or replacement are any un-opened packages of items that are currently offered on our website. Items that are being "closed out" or "discontinued" will not be eligible for a refund. Shipping fees will not be refunded, and any discounts will come off the final refund amount.

In order to receive a refund, you must send an e-mail prior to returning any items to: information@spainvitations.com. We will then give you instructions on how to return your items.

It is imperative that you review your order immediately upon receipt. Please note that we keep copies of all of the packing slips and weigh each package as it leaves our facility. If you receive your order and their are issues/problems with it, you must contact us within seven (7) calendar days by sending us a contact form below.
